Dwight is the Technical Manager for Systematica, Inc. whose certifications include MCTS- SQL Server Installation and Maintenance, MCP- Microsoft Dynamics GP Installation and Customization, MCBSP- CRM Installation and Customization, Scribe Insight Workbench & Server Certified. He has been working with SQL Server, VBA and Microsoft Dynamics for 5 years; his current projects include a Dynamics HR/Payroll implementation and a CRM access site using web services.

Elizabeth’s diverse background in business and information technology extends from Human Resources Management, web development and interactive media, leading professional services teams in data extraction, aggregation and normalization projects, to implementing Enterprise Resources Planning applications within varied industries. Her breadth of experience and enthusiasm for her clients’ success enables her to deliver the best solutions to meet their needs.

In addition to her knowledge of Dynamics CRM and GP, Sara’s education in business administration and years of experience as an Operations Manager contribute to her passion for understanding our clients’ business practices and tailoring applications to their needs. Her rigorous attention to detail and ability to develop genuine relationships with individuals at all organizational levels further distinguishes her consulting.

With a combined engineering and business background Tricia is able to speak in both technical and business terms affording her the ability to translate client needs and deliver a solution that meets all their requirements. Experience has taught her that the best solutions come through collaboration therefore she takes a hands-on approach with clients as both a motivator and advocate to get the job right the first time.

Cory currently leads Systematica’s Microsoft CRM practice, but still likes to get his hand dirty customizing solutions for customers. Starting with the dinosaurs, not really, Cory implemented mainframe solutions for Fortune 500 companies with IBM’s Enterprise Systems division, quickly realizing that speed and professionalism were cornerstones to his success. His team approach ensures that whether a system is down or a team is struggling with adoption that a rapid, hand-on response is the goal.

Mike started his career over 12 years ago with Accenture implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for numerous Fortune 500 clients. Serving these customers entailed implementing SAP, Oracle and other custom applications. In 2006 Mike founded Systematica Inc, which specializes in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM for mid-market companies.

Abi specializes in Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and Integration solutions and has worked with field service, distribution and financial services industries. He holds certifications in Dynamics GP Application, Dynamics CRM Customization, SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance and Scribe Insight/Workbench. Abi enjoys using the combination of his business and accounting knowledge and software development skills to deliver elegant business solutions that address clients’ needs. His recent projects include design and development of a back office solution for the financial services company using the Dynamics CRM (xRM) platform.

Fara has been working with Microsoft Dynamics GP for the past 15 years, involving herself in every aspect of the product. Fara’s expertise extends from installation and implementation, to application support and customer service, to employee and project management. Successful in all these areas, her greatest strength and enjoyment comes from consulting, customer maintenance and project management. Fara works with clients to understand what is needed to make Microsoft Dynamics GP work for them; from the initial concept she designs the system and the processes and works with the Systematica team to bring about a “turnkey” solution that will fit the clients’ requirements exactly.

Each aspect of Shah’s IT career and education contributes to his strengths as a member of the Systematica team. Enhancing his knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM, Shah has a deep background in electronic payment, e-commerce solutions and PA-DSS (Payment Application Data Security Standard) compliant platforms. Furthermore, his past experience as the Support Manger for a GP and CRM ISV (independent software vendor) not only exemplifies his commitment to excellent customer care and ability to manage challenging situations with grace, but also expanded the breadth of his Microsoft software expertise. His degree in Business and Information Systems created a strong foundation that continues to benefit clients on a daily basis; it instilled an education and mind-set that contribute to the success of project tasks such as gathering technical requirements and translating customer needs into software solutions.
