Hi Shah,

Do you know if it's possible to have something show up in 2 peoples queue? say you want more than 1 person working on something?

We attempted to use the Express Link functionality but ran into a lot of issues and were eventually advised by Microsoft to use the Excel import. As I don’t think much has changed with Express Link, I suggest going the data import route.

I too have a client that is using AA in GP and would like to budget down to this level of detail in Forecaster. I was thinking the eact same thing about setting this us as a segment in Forecaster so I was glad to see I was on the right track when I saw your post. My question is how do you get the Actual information with AA data from GP into Forecaster? Where you able to use Express Link? Is that possible or do you need to extract the information from GP and use the data import function?

The Target Money Field in the Goals Entity has a $ in the field plus you add a value for the Target Money. I export it to excel and the $ value comes with it so the Dynamic Pivot Table does not calculate it. Any ideas on how to get that field to be recognized as a numeric or currency field?

So here is Dwight Brown's original spreadsheet with correction to Sunday OT from David Gunning. I verified and it seems to work a treat.

To answer Olga Moen's question above, chose "Paste Special" and then select "Unicode Text". Its always a good idea to past into Notepad first, then cut from Notepad into the target application when working with HTML!

Yosarian, you are incorrect here. Change Friday to 1 and watch the results. Your hours for Sunday will be all overtime: 8 @ 1.5 and 7 doubletime.
The law states that anything over 8 on Sunday (or whenever the last day of the pay period is) will be double only if you worked on all previous consecutive days. In your example, you worked zero on Friday. This holds true even if you called in sick on that day. You will be paid for 8 hours but you did not work them.

heres the corrected formula to use for the sunday overtime cell that will correct for the error mentioned above by Louana:
